Author Guidelines
Proceedings of the International Conference on Technology and Health Sciences
1. Submission Requirements
All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the conference submission system (e.g., EasyChair, OpenConf, or specified email) by the announced deadline. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
2. Language
The official language of the proceeding is English. Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English. Non-native speakers are strongly encouraged to have their work reviewed by a native English speaker or a professional editing service prior to submission.
3. Manuscript Format
Authors must follow the formatting guidelines strictly. Papers not conforming to the template may be rejected without review.

Paper size: A4 (210 mm × 297 mm)

Margins: 2.5 cm (top, bottom, left, right)

Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt for body text

Line spacing: Single (1.0)

Length: 4–8 pages (including references, figures, and tables)

File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) and PDF/A
A standard template will be provided on the conference website.
4. Structure of the Manuscript
The manuscript should be organized as follows:

| Author(s) | Full names, affiliations, ORCID (optional), and corresponding author's email |
| Abstract | 150–250 words, single paragraph, covering background, objective, methods, results, and conclusion |
| Keywords | 3–5 keywords, separated by commas |
| Introduction | Background, problem statement, research gap, and objectives |
| Methods | Study design, subjects, instruments, procedures, data analysis |
| Results | Findings with tables and figures as needed (no interpretation) |
| Discussion | Interpretation, comparison with prior studies, limitations, and implications |
| Conclusion | Summary of key findings and future work (optional recommendations) |
| Acknowledgments (optional) | Funding sources, technical support, etc. |
| References | Follow the citation style described below |
5. Figures and Tables

Figures: High resolution (min 300 DPI), numbered consecutively (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.). Captions placed below the figure.

Tables: Numbered consecutively (Table 1, Table 2, etc.). Captions placed above the table.

All figures and tables must be cited within the text and placed close to their first mention.
6. Citation and Reference Style
Use the IEEE Citation Style (preferred for technology and health sciences). References are numbered in the order they appear in the text, using square brackets, e.g., [1], [2–4].

7. Plagiarism and Ethics
All submissions will be screened for plagiarism using software (e.g., Turnitin, iThenticate). Similarity index must be below 20% (excluding references). Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, or duplicate submission will lead to immediate rejection.
Authors must ensure:

All co-authors have approved the submission.

Appropriate informed consent was obtained for human/animal studies.

No conflict of interest is undisclosed.
8. Peer Review Process
All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review:

Initial screening by the editor (format, scope, plagiarism)

Assignment to at least two independent reviewers

Decision: Accept as is, minor revision, major revision, or reject

Final decision notified within 4–6 weeks after submission
9. Revision and Final Submission
For accepted papers requiring revision, authors must submit:

Revised manuscript (with changes highlighted or tracked changes)

Response to reviewers (point-by-point reply)
The final camera-ready paper must be accompanied by:

Signed copyright transfer form

Completed author agreement
10. Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement
The proceeding follows the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines. Any allegations of misconduct will be investigated thoroughly.
