1. Principle of Open Access

The Proceedings of the International Conference on Technology and Health Sciences is committed to the principles of open access. All articles published in these proceedings are freely and permanently accessible online to any reader anywhere, without financial, technical, or legal barriers.

We believe that open access maximizes the dissemination, visibility, and impact of research, particularly in the interdisciplinary fields of technology and health sciences, where rapid knowledge sharing can directly contribute to improving global healthcare outcomes.

Authors are encouraged to seek funding from their institutions or research grants to cover open access publication fees. Many funding agencies (e.g., Wellcome Trust, NIH, UNESCO) support open access publishing.

7. Archiving and Long-Term Preservation

To ensure permanent access, the proceedings are:

  • Digitally archived in trusted repositories such as:

    • Internet Archive

    • National Library of the host country

  • Legal or contractual restrictions (e.g., confidential data)

In such cases, authors must notify the editors prior to submission. The proceeding reserves the right to apply a more restrictive license (e.g., CC BY-NC-ND) only with explicit justification and approval.
