Every submitted article will be independently reviewed by two peer reviewers. The decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. The review process applies Double Blind Peer Review. After being reviewed, there will be four kinds of editor decision based on reviewer’s recommendation:

1. Accept Submission: The submission will be accepted without revisions.
2. Revisions Required: The submission will be accepted after minor changes have been made.
3. Resubmit for Review: The submission needs to be re-worked, but with significant changes, may be accepted. It will require a second round of review.
4. Decline Submission: The submission will not be published in the journal.

Estimated Time for Manuscript Processing:

• The average time during which the preliminary assessment of manuscripts is conducted: ± 10 days

• The average time during which the reviews of manuscripts are conducted: ± 30 days

• The average time in which the article is published: ± 75 days
